Terms & Conditions — 786ber

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender shall include all genders. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

To register an Account and use the 786ber platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 786ber applies a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years and does not permit any person under this age to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotion.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal structures may not hold an Account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 786ber, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without the prior written consent of 786ber management.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through 786ber's own tools or through any third-party responsible gambling service, that would prohibit you from accessing the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence.

786ber reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any point in the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any material change in account activity. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and utility bills no more than three months old.

Where 786ber has reasonable cause to believe that a Player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, the Account may be suspended pending verification. If verification fails or is not completed within a reasonable period, the Account may be permanently closed and any real-money balance (net of bonuses) returned via the original deposit method.

To create an Account on the 786ber platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested. The information you submit at registration forms the basis of your Player profile and is used for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance.

You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — is truthful and accurate. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

One Account Per Person: 786ber operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. You must not register more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses. Where 786ber detects that a single individual holds multiple Accounts, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, bonuses will be voided, and the matter may be escalated for further review.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. 786ber will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 786ber's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC): 786ber applies Know Your Customer procedures in line with its anti-money laundering obligations. Enhanced due diligence may be applied to accounts with high transaction volumes or unusual activity patterns. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete required KYC steps within the specified time window may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

Deposits: All deposits to a 786ber Account must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is an account held by someone other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited. 786ber reserves the right to return funds deposited from a third-party source and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (BDT) for Bangladeshi Taka accounts. Deposits are credited to the Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. 786ber does not charge a platform-level fee on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (BDT). The average withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, subject to payment provider processing windows. 786ber targets same-session withdrawal completion for verified accounts during standard BST business hours.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have: (a) completed all required KYC verification steps; (b) wagered the deposited amount at least once on any eligible game; (c) not triggered any outstanding fraud investigation flag; and (d) satisfied all applicable bonus wagering requirements in respect of any active bonus. 786ber reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Currency Conversion: Where a Player's Account currency differs from the currency of a game or betting market, conversion is applied at the mid-market rate at the time of the transaction. No platform-level markup is applied to currency conversions. Players are advised to note that exchange rates fluctuate and that the BDT or INR value of winnings may differ from the amount displayed in an alternative currency during gameplay.

Declined Transactions: 786ber may decline a deposit or withdrawal request where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation before a final determination is made.

786ber offers a range of promotional incentives to its Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the bonus offer description. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; and certain game categories (e.g., craps, sicbo, keno) may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates will be published in the bonus terms for each promotion.

Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per spin that counts towards wagering requirements is ৳500 BDT (or the INR equivalent). Bets placed in excess of this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited, at 786ber's discretion.

Bonus Abuse: 786ber monitors all accounts for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk betting patterns (e.g., betting both sides in roulette), creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once, using automated software to generate bonus turnover, and systematic exploitation of sign-up promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 786ber reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and close the Account permanently.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the offer-specific terms. Bonus funds and any wagering progress are lost upon expiry and cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to track active bonus validity windows through the Account dashboard.

Promotional Changes: 786ber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted in and received the bonus. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform's notifications system and the promotions page.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the 786ber platform. In the event of technical or connectivity issues that prevent confirmation, the bet may be voided. Players must ensure they have received an explicit confirmation before treating a bet as placed.

Odds and Pricing: Sports betting odds are dynamic and subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds for the wager, regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play odds update in real time and 786ber accepts no liability for delays in odds updates caused by data feed latency.

Void Bets: 786ber reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) the bet was placed using manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed fault; (c) the bet was placed after the event or market had concluded; or (d) evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other integrity violations is discovered by 786ber or a recognised sports integrity body.

Maximum Win Limits: Individual bet maximum win limits apply and are stated in the betting market or game rules. Where a Player's winnings from a single bet or gaming session would exceed the stated maximum payout limit, the maximum limit applies and the excess is forfeited. This rule is published on each betting market and game page.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game or software malfunction, any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round are not valid. 786ber's technical team investigates all reported malfunctions and players will be notified of the outcome.

Prohibited Practices: The following practices are strictly prohibited on the 786ber platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them; collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes; and placing bets on behalf of a self-excluded player.

Gambling on the 786ber platform is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults. 786ber recognises that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform is designed to support those players in managing their behaviour effectively and accessing help when needed.

Player-Set Limits: Every 786ber Account includes a responsible gaming panel accessible from the account settings page. Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. Session time reminders can be set to alert the player after a specified period of continuous activity. Loss limits prevent further real-money wagering once a specified net loss threshold is reached within a defined period.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may apply for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming panel. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour temporary cooling-off period to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 786ber will also suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion period and, in the case of permanent exclusion, indefinitely.

Reactivation after Self-Exclusion: A temporary self-exclusion (24 hours to 6 months) may be lifted at the Player's request after the minimum period has elapsed, subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period between the reactivation request and Account access being restored. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Where a player contacts 786ber to request reactivation of a permanently excluded Account, the request will be declined and the player will be signposted to appropriate support resources.

Players are encouraged to read the full Responsible Gaming Policy for detailed guidance on all available tools, external support organisations, and the steps to take if gambling is becoming a concern.

Grounds for Suspension: 786ber may temporarily suspend an Account where: (a) a KYC verification request has not been responded to within the specified timeframe; (b) unusual or potentially fraudulent account activity is detected; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by the Player or their payment provider; (d) the Account is under investigation for a suspected breach of these Terms; or (e) a regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested that activity on the Account be paused pending enquiry.

Grounds for Permanent Closure by 786ber: 786ber reserves the right to permanently close an Account, void all bonus balances, and — where fraud is confirmed — freeze real-money balances pending investigation in any of the following circumstances: confirmed identity fraud or impersonation; confirmed underage gambling; operating multiple Accounts to exploit promotions; use of prohibited automated betting software; confirmed collusion or match-fixing involvement; chargeback fraud; provision of materially false information at registration or during KYC; and any other activity that 786ber determines constitutes a serious breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 786ber's customer support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, 786ber will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances (subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions), void any active bonus funds, and close the Account. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or pending bet settlements, which will be completed before closure is finalised.

Effect of Closure: Upon Account closure, whether initiated by 786ber or the Player, all access to the Platform will be revoked. Personal data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Where closure follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, 786ber reserves the right to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred against the Account balance before returning any remaining real-money funds.

Reinstatement: Accounts closed by 786ber for breach of these Terms will not be reinstated. Accounts voluntarily closed by the Player may be reinstated upon a written request to support, subject to re-verification of identity and a mandatory 48-hour processing period. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion order will only be reinstated in accordance with the self-exclusion policy described in Section 7 above.
